Pure World Foods LLC (“PWF”, “Licensor”)
Effective date: September 16, 2026
This EULA governs use of the internal “PWF Assistant” software and its QuickBooks Online connector by authorized Pure World Foods personnel (“you”).
PWF grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for Pure World Foods internal business operations only.
You may not sublicense, sell, or provide the app to third parties as a commercial service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to connect Pure World Foods’ QuickBooks Online company and for reviewing any transactions the assistant proposes or creates.
The app is provided “as is” for internal use. PWF does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWF is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. You remain responsible for verifying purchase orders and payments before sending funds to suppliers.
PWF may suspend access at any time. You may stop use by disconnecting the app and revoking tokens.
