Pure World Foods LLC (“PWF”, “we”, “us”)

This policy covers the internal “PWF Assistant” / QuickBooks Online integration used by authorized Pure World Foods staff to read and write company accounting and purchasing data.

This app is for internal business use by Pure World Foods employees and contractors only. It is not offered as a public consumer product.

With your authorization, the app may access QuickBooks Online company data such as vendors, items, purchase orders, bills, invoices, customers, and related accounting records, plus connected business email used for order tracking.

Data is used solely to operate Pure World Foods purchasing, order allocation, and internal workflows (for example drafting supplier purchase orders and matching them to customer orders).

We do not sell personal or company data. Data may be processed by Intuit (QuickBooks), Microsoft (email), and our AI assistant infrastructure solely to provide the requested internal tools.

Operational records are retained as needed for business and accounting purposes. Connection tokens may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks or Intuit Developer settings.

Access is limited to authorized users. OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only for the connected company.
